4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Savyra reserves the right to cancel orders placed by ineligible users.

5. Pricing Policy and GST

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST on jewellery. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and, if necessary, cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

Due to differences in screen calibration and lighting, the actual colour or finish of a jewellery piece may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device. We cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy across all monitors.

6. Mode of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking
• Online payments are instant and recommended for faster order processing
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes only

All online transactions are handled by authorised payment gateways that comply with security standards mandated by the RBI and other regulatory authorities. Savyra is not responsible for any breach of information arising from the payment gateway's end.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within supported pin codes. Orders above a certain value may require partial prepayment at the time of placing the order. COD availability is subject to change and may be restricted for certain products or locations.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Savyra is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays or natural disruptions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

9. Cancellation and Order Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@savyra.in within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes in all cases.

10. Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible jewellery pieces. We do not offer returns or refunds. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for full details on eligibility and the exchange process.

11. Sales and Promotions

Sale prices apply only to the items listed under the sale category and are valid while stocks last. Savyra reserves the right to end or modify any sale or promotion at any time without prior notice. Discounted prices cannot be combined with other offers or coupon codes unless explicitly stated. No exchanges will be offered on items marked as "Final Sale".

12. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
