1. Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and delivered through trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pincodes only
  • We do not ship internationally at this time

2. Order Processing

Each piece at Savyra is carefully packed before dispatch. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched
  • Processing may take longer during sale periods or high-demand seasons

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Savyra is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or external factors.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. If you face any issues tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us at support@savyra.in.

5. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
  • Delivery hours are typically between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
  • Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched
