Anti-tarnish jewellery is coated with a protective layer that prevents oxidation, keeping the metal from losing its shine over time. Our pieces are specially treated to maintain their lustre with minimal maintenance.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in the pouch or box provided. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality imitation and fashion jewellery materials including brass, copper, and zinc alloy bases with gold or silver plating, finished with an anti-tarnish protective coating.
Our pieces are made with skin-friendly materials and anti-tarnish coatings to minimise the risk of irritation. However, individual skin sensitivities vary. If you experience any discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use and contacting us.
We do not offer customisation or personalisation at this time. All products are available as listed on the website.

We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All transactions are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes. You will be able to see COD availability at checkout based on your delivery address.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@savyra.in if you need to update your address.

Orders
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and summary. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@savyra.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange an exchange at the earliest.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please reach out to us immediately at support@savyra.in to request a cancellation.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeline, please check the tracking link sent to your email. If you still need help, contact us at support@savyra.in with your order number.

Exchange
We do not offer returns or refunds. All eligible requests are processed as exchanges only.
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order, and click "Request Exchange". You can also reach out to us at support@savyra.in within 7 days of delivery.
Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only, subject to availability and eligibility conditions.
If the requested piece is unavailable, our team will get in touch to help you choose an alternative of similar value. Refunds will not be provided in this case.
Items that have been worn or used, pieces without original packaging or tags, customised pieces, items marked as "Final Sale", and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
