Please Note:We do not offer returns or refunds. All eligible requests are processed as exchanges only. If you received a defective or wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and labels are intact
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation
Eligible for Exchange
  • Jewellery pieces unused and in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags intact
  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery
  • Wrong item received
Not Eligible for Exchange
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Customised or engraved pieces
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse

Frequently Asked Questions

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order containing the item you want to exchange, and click "Request Exchange". Follow the on-screen instructions to select the new size or color and complete your request.

If you received a defective or wrong item, please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item. Please include photos of the defect or wrong item in your request.

We do not offer returns or refunds. All eligible requests are handled as exchanges only. If your situation cannot be resolved through an exchange, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help.

Yes, items purchased during sales can be exchanged within the standard 7-day window, unless marked as "Final Sale". The exchange will be for a variant of the same product.

While we prefer items to be sent back in original packaging, please ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges without original packaging may be subject to review.

Yes, you can cancel an exchange request before the pickup is scheduled. Once the item has been picked up, the request cannot be cancelled. Go to your order details and click "Cancel Exchange Request".
