Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and labels are intact
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the original invoice or order confirmation

Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free exchanges for size or color variants within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested variant.

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order containing the item you want to return or exchange, and click "Request Return" or "Request Exchange". Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

If you received a defective or wrong item, please initiate a return request immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item or process a full refund. Please include photos of the defect or wrong item in your request.

Yes, items purchased during sales can be returned within the standard 7-day window, unless marked as "Final Sale". The refund will be for the sale price you paid, not the original MRP.

While we prefer items to be returned in original packaging, we understand this isn't always possible. Please ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns without original packaging may be subject to a small deduction.

Yes, you can cancel a return or exchange request before the pickup is scheduled. Once the item has been picked up, the request cannot be cancelled. Go to your order details and click "Cancel Return/Exchange Request".

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeline, please check your bank statement first. If it's still not showing, contact our customer support with your order number and return request details. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
